Raffle Tickets for Sale Last week we sent home our Grand Raffle Tickets for our $10,000 drawing on April 25 th. Thank you to all of our amazing families who volunteered to sell tickets this weekend. We had families at several of our churches. There are still sign-ups available for additional weeks. Please visit our website at www.sjsfl.org and choose the Volunteer Opportunities link on our homepage. Our pastors are kind enough to give us opportunities to sell at their parishes, let s make sure we have all of the volunteers spots filled. In addition, you will have the tickets during Spring Break. Many of our families travel to see family and friends, or have outof-town guests visiting for Easter. This is an opportunity to make additional sales. We appreciate your help with this important fundraiser for our school. Don t forget all students who have sold by Thursday, March 22, will receive student raffle tickets for a drawing on Friday morning. Students receive one raffle ticket for each $100 in tickets sold. (Tickets will be given to each SJCS child in the family since we sell tickets as families.) In addition, any students who have met their initial $500 goal in ticket sales will enjoy a Cookie Decorating Party on Friday. All tickets must be turned in by Thursday morning to be eligible for this week s student events. (We need to make sure Mrs. Thomas has plenty of time to count and prepare our lists!) We appreciate your support for our school and all of your hard work on behalf of our students and families. Thank You to Paul Todd and All Who Supported Our Recent Concert Thank you to all who attended and supported our recent Paul Todd Concert fundraiser. Paul Todd Charities will be donating the proceeds to St. Joseph Catholic School for our Windows to the Future project. In addition, Paul Todd held a concert in Naples for the benefit of our school, and Paul Todd Charities will be donating an additional $15,000. We are very grateful for Paul Todd s continued support of St. Joseph Catholic School. Special thanks to our parents and staff who assisted by providing food trays. Thank you to all who volunteered with set-up and clean up! It was a wonderful evening! Fr. Jack Conley, CP, a Passionist Priest from Chicago, will be leading this year s St. Joseph Church Parish Mission. Evening sessions will begin at 7:00 pm in the church on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and will be approximately one hour. Tuesday night s session will include a Penance Service.
