For specific details, see International Transcript Credit information in the College catalog. Step 4. Prepare for and take the College Placement Test (CPT) You have one opportunity to take the CPT (English and Math). The initial test is free. Students are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review CPT study material prior to taking the CPT. All placement test scores are good for five (5) years. Reasonable accommodations are established on an individual basis. Students must provide documentation of a disability from a physician or other licensed professional in order to establish eligibility for services. Disclosure The Day cohort will be taught on the L.L. Polk campus in Polkton. The Night/Weekend cohort will be taught on the Old Charlotte Hwy campus in Monroe. All statements in this publication are announcements of present policies and are subject to change at any given time without prior notice. South Piedmont Community College reserves the right to make changes in program requirements and offerings, in regulations, and in fees. Students in the Medical Assisting Program will be notified of these changes when they occur.
