Scholarships! Seniors, there are 7 NEW scholarships added to the scholarship wall in the College and Career Center! Some of the deadlines for the opportunities are coming up soon so stop by today and take a look. CTE Silicon Valley Organization (SVO) is providing 5-6 weeks paid internship during the summer. This internship is available to current CTE students. The companies and organizations that will be hosting interns will primarily be located in Santa Clara County. Do you want to study Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math? STEM College Gateway will be happening this summer, June 18 th through July 16 th from 9:00 am 3:00 pm at Silicon Valley Career Technical Education (SVCTE). Students enrolled in the Cosmetology Program have the opportunity to receive instruction in the areas of hair, skin, nail, and solon skills. Come pick up a permission slip from Ms. Orozco in the College and Career Center. The field trip will take place on Tuesday, April 3rd. Want to get a summer job or paid internship? Community Service Bulldogs, Empire Gardens has a Family Literacy Night scheduled for Friday, March 30 from 6:00-7:00 pm. They need volunteers to help during the event as well as setting up (starting at 4:30 pm) and prepping for the event on Tuesday and Thursday.
