School Choice Accepting an assignment into one of the Acceleration programs will waive the student s right to participate in the magnet lottery or to receive placement from the lottery. Any existing magnet application will be withdrawn from the magnet lottery. Accepting admission to an Acceleration program will require the student to relinquish his/her place in any Duval County magnet program.
When you complete the magnet application you are opting in to the Military Leadership Academy, and committed to. School Uniforms All students are required to wear the school uniform as part of establishing the culture and to demonstrate unity and alignment to the school s military theme. Students are expected to wear a complete uniform every day. All items listed below will be included in the uniform package: Dri-fit shirt with an embroidered school logo Khaki pants Black canvas military belt Black shoes with black laces and black crew socks Cadet Jacket with an embroidered school logo and the cadets first initial and last name.
