Working 6:1 with an executive coach and a subset of your peers, you will create a personal Gamechanger Plan. We are including 15 HOURS of executive coaching as part of this program. Each month you will have a 30-45 minute one-on-one call with your coach, and a 2-hour touch-point with your team, to discuss how you have activated your learning and challenges you may be facing. TEAM Michelle Newman is a Senior HR Business Partner at Post Consumer Brands. Throughout her 20-year career, Michelle has been coaching leaders at all levels of organization, up to and including C-Suite executives. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is a graduate of Coaches Training Institute. She is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from University of St. Thomas and will be leading post-session coaching experience for Leadership Living Room. Dr. Brent Mattson is excited Amie Aesoph has been coaching personal wellness for almost two decades and will be lending her expertise in Leadership Living Room. She is an adjunct professor at University of Jamestown in Business Administration, specializing in Management Practices.
