The annual survey collects information about social work practice doctorate programs, students, and graduates. This information is used by the social work education community in research, program planning, and advocacy work. Your participation is critical in obtaining a complete picture of social work education and future professionals. The Annual Program Statistics section of the CSWE website includes easy-to-print reference copies of the survey instrument.
