NJROTC State PE Substitute The SISD s Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps instills in each cadet the core values of citizenship based on courage, honor, and commitment. Instruction emphasizes the maritime character of our nation and naval customs and traditions. Leadership laboratories focus on military drill, inspections and physical fitness. Field trips and team competition are an important part of the program, along with the annual military ball and numerous public performance opportunities.
