After School Activities 2017/18 Students may join After School Activities from 15h30-16h50. Activities offered by KSI staff are included in the school fees. Activities run by outside agencies are at an additional cost. Parents will be required to complete an After School Activities participation form to be submitted to the school before the start of the new academic year. Any change concerning the student s participation in After School Activities must be communicated to the school office. The student will not be allowed to leave the school premises unless the school has been informed by the parents and therefore will have to wait under supervision until the arrival of the person authorised to pick him/her up. After School Activities end at 16.50 and we ask you to collect your child promptly at 17h00. Students not participating in After School Activities should be collected by their parents at 15h30. If, for some unforeseen reason, an After School Activity has to be cancelled, you will be informed in advance and asked to make arrangements to pick up your child directly after the end of classes at 15h30. In some cases, upon request, the school may be able to provide supervision until 17h.
