We are dedicated to the furtherance of equality, justice and peace in the society through the provision of life enriching activities that cater to the social, educational, physical and spiritual needs of all people in our community. By provision of facilities, programmes, courses and activities at Salisbury Centre in Tsimshatsui and King s Park Centenary Centre in Yaumatei, we aim to provide opportunities for people of Hong Kong to pursue a healthy lifestyle in body, mind and spirit. We have also been actively serving the unique needs of a multilingual and multicultural community especially those of the young people in Hong Kong, China and Overseas. Regulations of Facilities Booking Highlights Type Booking Regulations Advance Booking Payment Procedure for Telephone Booking Badminton Squash Table Tennis Members can only book under their own names & membership cards and he/she must be one of the users of the facilities booked Members must pay & register court facilities under their own names in person Once the booking is made, no cancellation, transfer or refund will be allowed Members who have booked any facilities and do not appear at the specified time are still responsible for payment. Telephone booking privilege will be withdrawn if the member fails to settle the court or facilities payment duly Bookings can be made by phone or in person at the Member Services counter All telephone bookings will be entertained during the hours 0800 2200 daily at 2368 7070 Up to 8 days (inclusive) in advance Each membership card can be used to book one court of each type of facilities for a maximum of 1 hour per day Each Corporate membership card holder may only use two corporate membership cards from one corporate to book facilities for a maximum of 1 hour for him/herself and another card holder respectively per day at one time CityU is entitled to book a maximum of 2 hours per day per type of facilities Consecutive booking is allowed only when there is a vacant court available on the spot Settle the payment at least 30 minutes before the reserved time Remarks Guest fee is waived and a maximum limit of 3 guests per membership per court can be invited YMCA of Hong Kong has the right of amending the above regulations without further notice and reserves the final right of using the facilities. 5. Terms & Conditions 1. All CityU permanent and full-time staff, staff dependents and full-time students are entitled to enjoy the facilities in YMCA of Hong Kong, and valid CityU staff ID card or CityU student ID card need to be presented when booking and registering the facilities. 2. In terms of course/activity enrolment, non-member treatment applies and no priority or discount available. 3. Members are expected to take the responsibility to familiarize yourself with the member regulations and etiquette by referring to the members handbook and other relevant publications and notices. Suggestions for programmes and services are welcome. Please feel free to use the suggestion box to communicate with us. 4. All fees for membership, rentals or services are subject to change as are membership regulations and operation policies with or without advance notice. 5. Members must observe and follow all the rules and regulations set by YMCA and otherwise contribute to the well-being of the Association. 6.
