MCC Southern and Dobson Campus and MCC Red Mountain Campus Students pursue their educational goals at two, state-of-the art campuses equipped with modern classrooms, wireless technology, research labs, and outdoor teaching spaces. Both campuses offer comprehensive transfer degrees, career and technical education, student services, and student clubs and activities. MCC Downtown Center Home to the MCC/NAU Connection, Fire Science/EMT, and the Virtual Incident Command Center (VICC), the MCC Downtown Center offers workforce-related degree and certificate programs. Campus Life MCC offers a total collegiate experience that enhances academic programs and promotes student development. Curricular, extracurricular and co-curricular programs include a vibrant honors program, service-learning opportunities, student clubs and organizations, international activities including study abroad, fine and performing arts, speakers and forums, and a full array of intercollegiate athletics. Over 40 student clubs and organizations. MCC Athletics offers 16 intercollegiate sports with over 339 student athletes.
Last year, 1,218 MCC students performed 21,807 hours of service-learning.
Planning MCC continues to improve campus appearance and functionality. In addition to adding more seating and gathering spaces around the Southern and Dobson Campus, the walkway between the Paul A. Elsner Library and the MCC Enrollment Center was renovated with the addition of shade, seating, landscaping, and expanded pathways. Finally, monument signs were installed at all campus entrances and on the corner of Southern Avenue and Dobson Road.
