Introduction The Blinn College Fact Book is an annual publication prepared by the Blinn College Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Enrollment Management (IEEM), bringing together all aspects of the College. These summary data provide a ready source of information about the institution, often set within a longitudinal context. The Fact Book is intended to provide the Blinn College Board of Trustees, administrators, faculty, staff, students, and the general public with a common source of information about Blinn College. More detailed information is available through the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Enrollment Management and other internal and external sources. This edition highlights specifically the growth and development of the College during the 2015-16 academic year. All figures are derived from either certified data sources (e.g., Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB), IPEDS) or from campus databases. Data in this edition supersedes that of previous editions. 3 3
