IMANI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL ESTABLISHMENT, UGANDA-AFRICA. By Special Life Team in Africa Popular community demand and support for the creation of good quality-early childhood development facilities in East Africa; prompted our community friendly team to search, find and assess some bold factors responsible for the mere survival, stagnation, steady progress and/or complete shut down of some early childhood development facilities in East-Africa. Unqualified human resources, high rental fees, poor supply of funds, loss of focus, lack of patience, would largely contribute to poor take-off, uncertainties and untimely shut down of such educational facilities. Adding My other strength is in transforming challenges into opportunities..by the way, I pray most times; so God renews my energy from time-to-time REMARKS In summary, Imani International School Establishment is one of the few educational initiatives privileged to celebrate its second year. Most privately owned schools shut down within less than one year of operations. Some of the schools were hit by rampant loss of focus and reliance on a sole founder/director whose decisions would not be reversed no matter how bad. Most of these privately owned schools fear to publicize information and fail to attract timely rescue incase of problems. It would be proper for every parent to know the owners and registration particulars of every school serving the public/communities. Imani International School Establishment disseminates the true strength of unity, oneness, and togetherness for enhanced development across Africa.
