All respondents whose abstracts have been selected must submit their Registration Forms duly filled in within the due date 10 th January 2018. For completed Registration Forms not received by email within 5 pm of the due date, it will be presumed that the respondent is not participating in the International Seminar. 2. Details of presentation schedule will be made available in the Seminar Kit to be collected at the Reporting/Registration Desk at NSOU on 13 th January 2018 from 10 am to 11 am. 3. Presentations may be made in / as this is a bilingual Seminar. Each presenter will be allowed 8 minutes time to put forth her/his views. Papers should preferably be presented (and not read out) so as to facilitate interactions. Page 3 of 6

Presenters will be expected to take note of suggestions received at the interactions, and enrich their final papers accordingly. 4. The organisers shall arrange for PowerPoint presentations for those who require the same. In such cases, all PPT s must be sent to the designated email id by 5 pm of 12 th January 2018. 5. As part of the Seminar proceedings, all presentations may be videographed. Such footage will remain the exclusive rights of the Research Project under which this Seminar is being organised, and may be used as components of the Open Repository that is being developed on this theme. 6. All selected presenters are to submit their full length papers for publication as part of the project outcome by 30 th June 2018. All such papers may be edited by reviewers in keeping with the focal theme(s) of the research project. It is expected that presenters will cooperate in an academic spirit in ensuring the quality of the final international publication to be made jointly by both universities. 7. It is the responsibility of the presenter to verify all details like name, institutional particulars, title of paper, contact details etc. Data entry for Seminar certificate and all further purposes pertaining to the research project shall be made on the basis of Registration Sheets duly signed by respondents/presenters. 8. Important Information regarding the Project Workshop and International Conference Registration is compulsory for all individuals willing to participate in the Project Workshop and Conference. Student researchers who have already registered for the project may remit their Registration fees of Rs 300/- by means stated above, and compulsorily carry proof of deposit to be shown at the Reception Counter on 13 th January 2018. Conference delegates whose Abstracts are accepted/ any individual willing to attend the Conference are requested to carry proof of Registration Fees deposited, to be shown at the Reception Counter on 13 th January 2018. This Seminar and Workshop mark the beginnings of the execution of the International Research Project jointly taken up by NSOU and KU.
