You will each be asked to work (30-60 minute shift) at the booth for your child s class. Please invite friends and families to enjoy this fun-filled evening Auction & Dinner Fundraiser (March 2018) This annual fundraiser is our biggest event which involves the entire school and much of our community. It is a themed event that has grown each year in size and proceeds. You will be asked to work on a committee and/or work at the event. Each family will need to either ask a business for a donation (valued at $150 minimum); purchase an item or items to be auctioned off (valued at $150 minimum), or, if unable to do this, donate $150 to the school for use in preparing for the auction. Invite your family and friends to attend the auction with you. Big Raffle (for the Annual Auction) (March 2018) Our big raffle has been highly successful over $15,000 in ticket sales! If your auto-debit due date falls on a weekend or holiday, your account will be debited on the following business day. You agree that if any such debit is dishonored, for any reason St. Paul shall have no liability for any fees charged to you by your financial institution. St. Paul will automatically re-attempt any failed debits approximately 10 days after their failure. This authority will remain in effect until St. Paul receives your written instruction to cancel Auto-debit service. To TERMS AND CONDITIONS Late Fees: If payment is not received by St. Paul by your due date, your account is considered late and will be assessed a $20 late fee. Delinquent Accounts: In the event that payment is not received by the last day of the month, you will be charged a 2% finance charge on the outstanding balance. Dishonored Payments: A fee of $15 will be charged to your account for any failed auto-debit or returned check. Your bank may also impose additional fees. Refunds: St. Paul Lutheran School does not issue cash refunds. Overpayments will be carried on your account and credited to future tuition payments. Amendments: By signing this agreement form you acknowledge and agree that such terms and conditions may be amended from time to time by you or St. Paul Lutheran School. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. We do not disclose any personal information about our families or former families to anyone except as permitted by law. Tuition Policy & Financial Information 2017-2018 Application Fee (new students only) initials An application/assessment fee of $50 is required for each new student applying for enrollment. This fee must accompany the application and is non-refundable. The fee assists in covering the costs associated with the admissions process. Re-Enrollment / Registration Fee initials A re-enrollment/registration fee of $300 is required for each child enrolling in Kindergarten 6 th gradeand will go up to $375 if not paid by March 31 st. This fee is non-refundable if the student is accepted. The fee is used to offset the educational expenses per student including textbooks, curriculum materials, supplies, technology and additional added enrichment opportunities. Sibling Discount initials St. Paul offers a discount of 10% off additional children. Tuition Payments initials St. Paul offers a 10 or 12 month payment plan or an annual one-time payment. The 10 month payment plan can be paid by Automatic Debit from your checking/savings account, check or cash with the option of the 10 th or the 20 th of the month. If paying over 10 months, payments begin in August 2017 and end in May 2018. The 12 month payment plan can be paid by Automatic Debit from your checking/savings account, check or cash on the with the option of the 10 th or the 20 th of the month. If paying over 12 months, payments begin in July 2017 and end in June 2018. Payments can be made directly to the school with the annual one-time payment option. Due by August 14, 2017. Re-Enrollment initials No family will be permitted to re-enroll if any preschool, school age care, elementary tuition and other fees are unpaid from previous years. Payments must be current at time of registration. NSF / Overdue Accounts initials There will be a $15 nonsufficient funds fee added to the account in the case of a returned check or failed auto-debit. Your bank may impose addition fees. A written notice from the school office will be sent to families whose accounts are overdue by one payment. (30 days) Charging privileges for additional fees (fieldtrips, hot lunch, milk cards, etc.) will be suspended until the account is brought current. If an account becomes two monthly (60 days) payments overdue and payment arrangements are not negotiated, the student(s) involved may not be admitted to class upon the discretion of administration. In addition the account will be turned over to collections. Financial Assistance initials St. Paul Lutheran School is committed to making financial aid scholarships available to as many eligible applicants as possible; however, there are many factors that influence financial assistance decisions, including the availability of school resources, the number of qualified applicants and overall budgetary constraints. We use an outside agency, Tuition Assistance Data Services (TADS) to objectively and confidentially determine the appropriate level of assistance. All applications must be processed by April 10, 2017 in order to determine the annual grants.
