CHAMPIONSHIP The Athletic Corporate Sponsorship Program is committed to providing exceptional student-athletes the chance to play on the field and excel in the classroom at Shippensburg University. TOUGH COMPETITION The intercollegiate athletic program at SU has always been competitive. However, over the last few years it has become difficult to remain competitive in our conference. Shippensburg University must attract talented student-athletes with financial scholarships in order to remain highly competitive. The University is not permitted to use state funds to augment existing athletic scholarship funds to bring our offers to an equal level within the conference. STUDENT ATHLETES FUTURE LEADERS After graduation, many fine student-athletes become successful leaders in many different professions. Yet, their memories of playing for Shippensburg are very fond and long lasting. Each year, numerous alumni come back to SU to see the new student-athletes compete with dignity and pride. Our hope is that this tradition will continue. ATHLETIC CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS A WIN FOR SU ATHLETES With your Athletic Corporate Sponsorship commitment, our student-athletes receive needed scholarship aid. With your help, we can provide scholarships to worthy student-athletes who will continue to embrace the proud tradition SU has come to expect. A WIN FOR YOU Your athletic corporate sponsorship package along with one of the region's outstanding sports programs and a University that is recognized among one of America s best colleges would provide a winning strategy for your business.
