Meet the Teacher night will be August 18th from 4:30-6pm First Day of School is August 22nd ~In District Transfers ~ In District Transfers for the 2016-2017 school year are due ASAP. This is for students that are not currently living in the Paramount boundaries and are wanting to continue at Paramount Elementary next year. This form must be filled out every year and approval will be determined based on class size availability. Forms can be found either at the front office or online at Westada.org. ** PER DISTRICT POLICY ~ YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE PLACED ON A CLASS LIST IF YOU HAVE NOT FILLED OUT A NEW IN DISTRICT TRANSFER FOR THE 2016-2017 SCHOOL YEAR. Field Day Field Day is set for Tuesday, May 31st. Thank you to all of volunteers that made this happen.
Whole school picnic will be on June 3rd from 12pm to 1pm. Any students still here at 1:00 will be asked to return to their classrooms or have parents check them out with classroom teachers. As we begin to prepare for next school year, it is important for student placement and staff allotments that we know if students will not be returning. We understand our 5 th graders won t be here, but if you have other children who are currently attending Paramount but who won t be here next year, please let the front office (350-4120) know so we can prepare records to be send to the new school they will be attending. Elementary School Registration for Next Year (2016/2017) Parents As part of registration you need to go into Power School and update your student s information. Power School works best in a Google Chrome browser note Windows Explorer. Please be sure to complete ALL Forms, to include previous school information, medical and confirmation page. Once in medical you will be prompted to complete the Student Health History, Medical Consent & Confirmation page. If this is not completed, your student will not be pre-registered for the next school year and will not be placed in any classes until this is complete.
