Autumn Term Activities 2017 At Ballard we endeavour to provide a holistic & wide variety of activities to broaden our students opportunities and horizons. Every effort is made to ensure activities run. However, on occasion activities need to be cancelled. In these instances Main Reception will be informed and the information displayed on notice screens. Messages will also go via Tutors to pupils. The default is for pupils to go to supervised prep from 4.15pm to 5.00pm unless an arrangement is made to collect at 4.00pm. In this instance please inform Main Reception and your child must sign out at 4.00pm; at the blue double doors and Y6 and above on the car park. Some practical activities do have a maximum number of pupils. Teachers will do their best to ensure students who did not get their choice this time will be put on a waiting list for next term. The majority of in-house paid activities will be added to the End of Term Bill unless otherwise stated. Descriptions of activities are available on the Ballard website via myschoolportal Activities Staff e-mail: pamela.jackson@ballardschool.co.uk
