Work Flow of the Scholarship System Students Colleges Verification Officers Dt. Welfare Officer Treasury Banks File applications online; scan & upload documents Verify Applications and forwards booklets for each welfare department, to the verification officers Physical Verification of Students and documents (being replaced with AADHAAR authentication) Scrutiny & Sanctions scholarships online and transmits to treasury Passes the bills value of 5 Crores each & Uploads to the CINB Banks Transfer funds to accounts of students and colleges
