WINTER CULTURAL OUTING REPORT: México Lindo and La zapatera prodigiosa On January 28 th, 2017 New York Metropolitan Chapter had our long-awaited Winter Cultural Outing. It was a great hit thanks to the arduous work of our very talented Prof. Mara-Lee Bierman who always manages to come up with fabulous ideas. It was attended by twenty-five teachers and professors. It began with a lunch and pre-theater literary discussion at México Lindo Restaurant. It culminated with a performance of Lorca s La zapatera prodigiosa at Repertorio Español. A great time was had by all who participated! National Spanish Exams (NSE) Online 2017 Milagros Martínez is VP for the NSE. All NSE questions should be addressed to her MMartinez.aatspmetny@gmail.com Please visit our website at www.aatspmetny.org for more information on the NSE and a checklist of all that you need to do.
