The Counselors are requested to call for a meeting with the students allotted to them immediately, discuss about the progress and attendance of the students and submit a report to the Dean & the Vice Principal periodically every month on or before 10h of the month or as and when necessary. They are also requested to have a keen watch on the students and give proper guidance both in Academic matters / attendance / discipline and also in any otheg'issues. The Counselors shall interact individually with each student atlotted to them as and when required for ascertaining the problems / difficulties if any, faced by the students in the institutions and extending necessary help.
