(CSP) Finish Date: 2017 Status: Structural steel complete 19

2014 Bond Package Stockdick Junior High (#15) Scope of Work: New design junior high school designed for 1400 students in LUZ 6B, Peek Rd./Stockdick School Rd., adjacent to Ventana Lakes development Architect/Engineer: PBK Architects, Inc. Contractor: Drymalla Construction Co. (CSP) Finish Date: 2017 Status: Ongoing activities: interior framing; window installation; mechanical, electrical and plumbing; interior masonry; installation of tectum@gym. 3 rd and 2 nd floor classroom areas started with paint primer and ceiling grid. 20

2014 Bond Package Patricia Paetow High School (#8) Scope of Work: New design high school designed for 3,000 students in LUZ 6B, Peek Rd./Stockdick School Rd., adjacent to Ventana Lakes development. Architect/Engineer: PBK Architects, Inc. Contractor: Gilbane Building Co. (CSP) Completion Date: August 2017 Status: Approximately 50% complete and on schedule. Central Plant (which also serves JH) is complete. Athletic and most academic areas are dried in. 22

2014 Bond Package Memorial Parkway Junior High (MPJH) Renovation Scope of Work: Provide a comprehensive renovation and facility expansion to meet current program needs. Architect/Engineer: Stantec Architecture, Inc. Contractor: Drymalla Construction Company, Inc. (CMaR) Start and Finish Dates: October 2015 August 2017 Status: Phases I, II and III (new addition, administration, library, athletics, new classroom addition)are complete. Currently working on phase IV - mechanical, electrical and plumbing above ceiling. 24

2014 Bond Package Mayde Creek High School (MCHS) Renovation Scope of Work: Provide a comprehensive renovation and facility expansion to meet current program needs. Architect/Engineer: TX-IBI Group Contractor: Anslow Bryant Construction Ltd. (CMaR) Start and Finish Dates: summer 2016 - fall 2018 Status: Three major areas of concentration: New Softball Field & Facilities under construction est. completion early 2017 Building slab for addition in progress Construction of temporary academic village to be used for swing space for interior renovations 25

(CMaR) Start and Finish Dates: Construction start - June 2016; overall completion - August 2017 Status: 3 major phases: 1 st - summer 2016 - kitchen, cafeteria, gymnasium, central plant: Complete 2 nd - 2016-2017 school year building addition in progress - 3 rd - summer 2017 completion of building renovation 26

(CMaR) Start and Finish Dates: Substantially Complete August 2016 Status: Working on Punch List and completion of outstanding items. 27

2014 Bond Package Miller Career and Technology Center (MCTC) Second Floor Build Out Scope of Work: MCTC shell space build out (40,000 SF) to support Career and Technology Education (CTE) program sequences. Architect/Engineer: Stantec Architecture, Inc. Contractor: Pepper Lawson Construction (CMaR) Start and Finish Dates: February 2016 December 2016 Status: First floor work complete: New student commons, Veterinary Lab and Admn. suite Second floor shell space new construction scheduled to complete December 2016 28

2014 Bond Package Bear Creek Elementary (BCE) and Hutsell Elementary (HE) Kitchen Renovations Scope of Work: Provide for the renovation of the kitchen including serving lines. Architect/Engineer: Huckabee Contractor: (CSP) TBD Start and Finish Dates: Summer 2017 Status: Design complete; construction document on going. 29

2014 Bond Package Clinic/Front Office Renovation at Sundown Elementary (SE) and Mayde Creek Elementary (MCE) Scope of Work: SE opened in 1982 and MCE in 1983. There have been renovations to these campuses, but none that addressed the front office situation, particularly the clinics. Architect/Engineer: Pfluger Architects Contractor: (CSP) TBD Start and Finish Dates: Summer 2017 Status: Design complete; construction document on going. 30

2014 Bond Package Cinco Ranch High School (CRHS) Expansion & Renovation: Field House and Science Scope of Work: Expansion and renovation at CRHS for science and athletics. Architect/Engineer: PBK Architects, Inc. Contractor: Drymalla Construction Co. (CMaR) Start and Finish Dates: Completion Summer 2017 Status: Working on underground utilities and building pad. Drilled piers to commence mid-september. 31

2014 Bond Package Junior High School Modified Renovation/Expansion: Career and Technology Education (CTE) Labs and Front Office Consolidation at Beck, Cinco Ranch, Katy, McDonald and McMeans Junior High Schools Scope of Work: Renovate and expand the CTE labs and provide for front office consolidation for synergy and flow. Renovations to the front office to better serve students and parents as well as staff efficiency. Architect/Engineer: TX-IBI Group Contractor: Sterling Structures, Inc. (CMaR) Start and Finish Dates: 2017 Status: Completing design meetings; Design Development presentation to Board of Trustees November 2016 32

2014 Bond Package South Transportation Phase 2 Scope of Work: Final phase of the South Transportation site. Scope of work includes: Daycare Facility; Satellite South Maintenance; Satellite Police Substation, parking for 250 buses and 350+ vehicles Architect/Engineer: Huckabee Inc. Contractor: Teal Construction(CSP) Start and Finish Dates: Completion early 2017 Status: 42% complete and on schedule to move into administrative areas in January 2017, with final completion in spring 2017. 33

2014 Bond Package Performing Arts Centers Retrofits Scope of Work: Retrofit Performing Arts Centers at Morton Ranch High School and Seven Lakes High School to current standards Architect/Engineer: PBK Architects Inc. Contractor: TBD (CSP) Start and Finish Dates: Summer 2017 Status: Contract to be signed and design work to commence. 34

2014 Bond Package Agricultural Sciences Center Scope of Work: Expansion of the Gerald D. Young Agricultural Sciences Center to support growth and curriculum Architect/Engineer: VLK Architects Houston Contractor: Stewart Builders (CMaR) Start and Finish Dates: TBD Status: First phase of construction to provide for new barn facility to support Paetow HS program scheduled for pricing presentation to Board late 2016. Second phase of construction pending determination of drainage and water utility service. Schedule under review with completion of second phase no earlier than fall of 2017. 35

2014 Bond Package Second Stadium Scope of Work: New student activity facility: second stadium and support facilities to support 12,000 spectators and provide flexible use. Architect/Engineer: HKS, Inc. Contractor: Durotech, Inc. (CMaR) Finish Date: 2017-2018 Regular Football season Status: Pouring east parking lot. Concourse concession and bathroom work is ongoing. Field house is underway with masonry and mechanical, electrical and plumbing. 36
