In addition, 50-hard copies will be provided to the Administration office each Friday afternoon. An electronic copy will also be provided to Principal Marcie for distribution. 13 11/15/07 Must teachers remove all items from walls before Christmas vacation in preparation of environmental surveys? 14 Must teachers take home accumulated curriculum, lesson plans 11/15/07 and own furniture prior to the move? 15 11/15/07 Will Classrooms 14A and 14B need to move? 16 Will extra debris boxes to handle "Spring Cleaning" be 11/27/07 delivered immediately? 17 Do boxes leaving a classroom with issues need to have special 11/27/07 treatment? 18 11/27/07 Can handouts be given with bullet points? Once a room has been recommended to be vacated by the 38 environmentalist can it be reoccuppied if future tests show improved results? No 39 Must vacated room contents be cleaned by a trained and certified professional? 40 Will teacher materials of vacated classrooms be cleaned by Friday, 01/18/08? 41 Will alternative and dedicated restrooms for Kinder students be addressed? Will the previously vandalized Kinder height drinking fountain 42 at end of 2-story classroom building be repaired in the near future? 43 Should boxes of impacted classrooms removed to home be brought back for professional cleaning? 44 Does running plastic baskets removed from impacted classroom thru the dishwasher properly clean them? 45 Will one of the Interim Campus portables be dedicated for the Art Program? Will the contents of each of the 4-impacted classrooms be 46 cleaned and removed in priority order as determined by the teacher? 47 Will the District reimburse the PTC for Art Program items purchased to keep the program going during displacement?
