Jacksonville, Florida Regional Registration Procedure and Checklist Coaches must bring one gym business check to pay for the Regional entry fees. Prior to the State meet, coaches should verify which of their athletes will attend the Regional Championships, if qualified. Athletes must commit to attending the Regional Championships immediately following the Awards Ceremony for their competition group. Registration for Regional Championships will be handled by the coach, not by individual parents. Coaches and Gym Owners, please read this information carefully. Registration of athletes to the Regional Championships will be handled by the coach. There will be a Regional Registration Table and the location will be announced at each Coach s Meeting. Prior to coming to the Regional Registration Table, coaches must verify with each athlete s parents whether the athlete will attend the Regional Championships. Parents will not be allowed to come to the Regional Registration Table and enter their child individually. Placing coaches in charge of this procedure simplifies the Registration process considerably.
