There are four types of financial aid: Scholarships (don t have to repay): UW-Richland awards over 100 scholarships typically totaling over $100,000. Loans (must be repaid): Fewer than half of UW-Richland students take out student loans. Work-study jobs on Grants To qualify for financial aid, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) available at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Classes are taught by faculty from both UW-Richland and UW-Platteville. The BAAS degree emphasizes community involvement and practical experience. It features: a professional experience component that includes internships and service-learning a year-long senior capstone seminar focused on an individualized research project up to six credits for prior learning for students who can document learning experiences equivalent to a university-level course flexible course delivery including online classes, accelerated shortcourse formats, and evening or weekend courses Students must first earn an Associate of Arts and Science degree from UW-Richland or an equivalent liberal arts associate degree....
