Dallas area Sorority Sponsorship Information & Requirements 2017 Below are the requirements of the NPC Sororities who answered our request for information. If you are looking for a sorority that is not listed, please refer to their local or national websites. Each sorority requests that Potential New Members (PNMs) Please: Register with Dallas Alumnae Panhellenic (www.dallaspanhellenic.org) Submit one copy of high and/or college school transcripts with social security numbers deleted Submit one copy of your resume including email address, cell phone number, test scores, class ranking (if applicable), class size, hobbies, leadership positions, internships or jobs. Also include family info (college and any Greek affiliations) If you are asked to submit photos, please include one 4 x 6 headshot and one full body shot, unless otherwise directed with your name, high school and university labeled on the back of the photo Do not ask for letters of support from women who do not know you Register with the Panhellenic office at the university you will be attending (usually around June 1). AXO chapters can only accept electronic forms this year. AXO recommendation form is so comprehensive that no letters of support are accepted. May 1 preferred deadline. Resumes should be submitted in PDF form. No need for decorated folders or stamped envelopes. A separate form will be sent to each PNM after each inquiry is received. Two letters of support are accepted if writer knows PNM and can offer additional info. April 1 deadline. Preferred deadline April 15 but will consider anytime. Only electronic submissions accepted. Send information to Alumnae who writes rec electronically, so they may submit online. May 1 deadline. Two copies of Theta reference form. Two copies of resumes and transcripts; 2 3 photos at least one headshot and full body; Two letters of support accepted. Need 2 copies of ACT or SAT scores. May 1 deadline Letters of support are accepted but not necessary but should be personal. May 1 deadline to reference writer. Accepted later if there are extenuating circumstances. KDs accept info electronically or on paper. It's the PNM's responsibility to ask their sponsor which she prefers. Deadline is May 1. One digital photo, resume that includes personal information, parent s names GPA and rank, extracurricular activities, volunteer experiences, employment and hobbies or interests. Unofficial high school transcript, copy of ACT or SAT score. NO letters of support needed. Send all the information to your reference writer electronically or by hard copy and she will submit and send the information to your school of choice electronically. Completed Phi Mu application (download at httn://www.phimu.org/. One copy of SAT/ACT scores, resume, transcript and one headshot. Please list any activities/volunteer work related to intended major. July 1 deadline. Letters of support are optional. Three resumes, three color photos (at least one headshot and one full body) and three letters of support. RIF writer will provide one letter of support and two additional letters of support must be written by Pi Phi Alumnae. May 1 deadline for fall and spring (deferred) recruitment.
