Developed and delivered two-hour programs presented in eight cities, July-Aug. 2006 in collaboration with the Iowa League of Cities Small City Workshops. (approx. 300 participants). Provided programmatic, educational and administrative leadership for the three-year, 100-hour per year certification program for city, village and township clerks pursuing Certified Municipal Clerk designation.
