APPROVAL OF SCHEDULED SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH TRANE (Burchill) By Kerber: The administration recommends and I move that the Board approve the Scheduled Service Agreement with Trane U.S. Inc. for a five-year period from August 1, 2017 through August 1, 2022, subject to final approval by the Superintendent and Solicitor, AS ATTACHED TO THE PERMANENT RECORD OF THE MINUTES OF THIS MEETING. Seconded by Bolas, and carried on unanimous roll call vote. APPROVAL OF SCHOOL AGREEMENT WITH VARSITY NEWS NETWORK FOR ATHLETIC PROGRAM WEBSITE (Burchill/Deitrick) By Hasco: The administration recommends and I move that the Board approve the School Agreement with Varsity News Network for the district s athletic program website, subject to final approval by the Superintendent and Solicitor, AS ATTACHED TO THE PERMANENT RECORD OF THE MINUTES OF THIS MEETING. Seconded by Kerber, and carried on unanimous roll call vote. Dr. Kevin Deiteick, Athletic Director, announced that a Community Wide Pep Rally would be held on Thursday, August 31 at 7:00 pm in the high school stadium.
