Implementation of the 2013 Yearly Performance Appraisal (e-lppt 2013) based on MyRA II

Background e-lppt (Yearly Performance Appraisal) introduced in 2009 replacing SKT (yearly work target). Previously elppt 2012 is based on MyRA1. Starting 2013, UTM need to be in compliance with MyRAII. elppt 2013 is based on MyRA II which is more research focus. Received many comments/feedbacks for improvement. The taskforce engaged as many stakeholders through mails, discussions, workshop etc. The findings analysed, discussed and reviewed and approved by University Management Committee (JPU) on the 23 th September 2013.
