Parents and athletes please join the coaches to hear about expectations, practice schedules, and game schedules. Intramurals Intramurals meet everyday but Wednesday in the large gym with Mr. Ryan and Ms. Hotchkiss. Students must be at the east gym doors by 8:20 a.m. to participate. Elevators To make it more convenient for parents and students the elevators will be unlocked at all times. Anyone that has an elevator key please turn them into the office. Sudlow Clubs Washington School Reading Buddies with Mrs. DJ Meeting time one Friday a month at 8:00 (I can give you these dates for first semester once I have them scheduled.) Go to Washington to read to 2 nd graders one Friday a month. The reading dates are: October 14, 2016 January 20, 2017 April 21, 2017 November 4, 2016 February 10, 2017 May 19, 2017 December 9, 2016 March 10, 2017 Mr. Moulton and Mrs Heisler are meeting with CAA during their lunch period for a Dungeons and Dragons group on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Mrs. Ciccotelli has jazz band before school in room 324 on Tuesday and Friday now through May from 7:30-8:30 a.m. This group is called "The Cool Jazz Band" and is comprised of 7th and 8th graders. Card club- Monday's 3:40-4:15 with Ms. Kiewiet, room 314. Students play Pokémon, magic, yugioh, and dungeons and dragons. FTC Robotics Team with Ms. Adams Meeting Wednesday from 2:45 until 5:00 in room 302 2

Men's Choir - Wednesday - 7:30am-8:30am - This ensemble is a group of all guys who learn various repertoire to perform throughout the year. Must be in 7th or 8th grade choir to join. Select Choir - Thursday - 7:30am-8:30am - This ensemble is a mixed group of singers who learn various repertoire to perform throughout the year. Sudlow s Lost and Found is overflowing, If your child is missing anything Send them to check out our Lost and Found bin in the office! We will be donating unwanted items on Monday. 3

No Supervision Parents ALL students are asked to be picked up and off campus by 3:50pm if not involved in after school activities. Sudlow has NO supervision provided after 3:50pm. Parents please do NOT drop students off at Sudlow before 8:20am in the mornings. Sudlow has NO supervision provided until 8:20am. Coming soon. This in no way restricts you from coming when it is most convenient! It is our hope that with these minor adjustments, wait times will be shorter for everyone. Friday, Oct. 21 st : End of Term Final Selling Poinsettia s to help Sudlow Student Council is supporting the Angel Tree at Sudlow which tries to brighten the holiday season for Sudlow families. They will be selling poinsettia beginning this week. See a Student Concil member, Ms. Coonts in Guidance or email Jamie Kreuger at kreugerj@davenportschools.org to place your order. They are red, white, and grower's choice. Growers choice are all different and we don't control what they send however they are the pinkish mauve's the speckled reds with white etc. These are gorgeous plants wrapped in gold. They are $10.00 and all proceeds benefit the Angel Tree. Payment is due when the order is placed. AP classes have monthly competitions for prizes/treats. Schnucks - Pick up an e-scrip card at Sudlow or the Schnucks service desk and present every time you check-out. Sudlow will receive 3-5% of your monthly purchases. K&K Hardware - Upon check-out, tell the cashier Sudlow and they will happily make sure that 5% of your total purchase will go to Sudlow.
