It allows you to become part of a small group of international students thanks to role-plays, simulation exercises and different interactive and innovative ways of learning. Each lesson addresses the essential points of learning of a foreign language: the grammar, the pronunciation, the fluency development, and the vocabulary, lecture comprehension. Such experience will give you an extra opportunity to practice and improve your English level. Single rooms are available in during seasons where there are less tourists. Additionally, during seasons where they are more tourists you can share your room with another international student. Homestay families live near the Language School. Breakfast and dinner are included. Each studio includes a bathroom and an equipped kitchen, a table and a desk. Cleaning is included twice a week and bed sheets are changed every week. The residences are equipped with Wi-Fi and have common parts: breakfast room, Internet café, and video room, relaxation area, terraces, and automatic laundry, drinks dispensers. The residences are located near the language center on foot 10 minutes. The program in detail At your arrival, you will be received at the airport for later be transported to your homestay family or student residence in case you chose any of those options. Courses & Jobs: 2 of courses (60 general English lessons) with 12 job in hospitality. You will either be paid with 600 euros/month or fed and accommodated. Courses & Internship: 2 of courses (60 general English lessons) with 12 of internship in an enterprise (not paid) in your studies field. Accommodation in a residence included (triple studio) during 2 of courses. Combined programs are open to participants between 18 and 30 years old that have B1 English level. Courses: Lessons are from Monday to Friday, the morning, during mid-day, or the afternoons depending the demand. At the end of the program, the school will give you an English certificate. At the beginning of the program you will have a 45 minutes written test, afterwards you will be introduced the school s team that will give you all the information concerning your stay in Malta so you can profit the maximum of this experience. Right after you will be taken to the Info Center to begin your first lesson likewise you will have your oral test. The school has at your disposal a Digital Language Learning Center. This center allows you to practice English in an interactive way outside your class hours. The school offers to all students 5 lessons per week in the center (except for the general English program in summer). As a student of the school, you will have access to all resources of the center. Jobs: We find you a job in a 4 or 5* hotel (reception, restaurant or housekeeping depending on language skills and experience) with free accommodation and meals and a salary of around 250 euros per month. Internships: We find internships in all sectors of activity all year round. 4/5

Jobs and Internships Abroad Rules and Regulations 1. The internships proposed by Jobs and Internships Abroad are subject to the actual legislation related to the exchange of students in the region and to the governmental modifications that it considers appropriate. 2. Each participant agrees to be aware of and comply with all rules and directions of the program, defined by Jobs and Internships Abroad and organizations with which Jobs and Internships Abroad cooperates. 3. The available places to participate at the programs are unlimited. Each candidate can participate the times he or she wants unlimitedly. 4. Jobs and Internships Abroad cannot guarantee the processing of the dossier and the work placement in less than two months. Travel arrangements or different commitment taken by the participant do not imply any priority treatment of his process and it doesn t engage the services of Jobs and Internships Abroad. 5. Each participant it s informed about the benefits and services included at the program during the time it lasts. If the participant decides to stay longer than the time officially planned it will not be under the responsibility of Jobs and Internships Abroad and this extra period will not include the initial benefits and services of the program. 6. The implementation of the programs requires the intervention of different organizations, which retain in any event the responsibility for their own activities under the terms of statutes that govern their national legislation or international conventions establishing inter alia, a limitation of liability. 7. Each participant is responsible for reading and understanding all the information material provided by Jobs and Internships Abroad and its partners on the legal questions, social, political, cultural, health, work or other things about England. Similarly, each participant agrees to respect the culture, customs, regulations and the law of England and will fully responsible for any violation. 8. The information in the registration form is correct at the time of their publication. Changes may occur without notice. The updated registration forms are variable on our website. 9. Program prices indicated in this document may be modified. Only the prices indicated in the final registration and therefore included on the invoice / confirmation of registration issued to all participants upon registration will be firm and final. These final prices refer to all the problems of modification or cancellation of the program. 10. Each participant is responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the information he / she provides Jobs and Internships Abroad. Each participant is aware that any false statements on his / her part may lead to a cancellation of the program without the right to obtain a refund or compensation. 11. Each participant certifies that he / she fulfills the conditions of age, nationality, status and other requirements for participation in the program. Jobs and Internships Abroad reserves the right to refuse any application to the program for a participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements. 12. Each participant is required to report to Jobs and Internships Abroad at the time of registration, any physical and / or psychological, medical or health problem that could affect participation in the program or proper conduct of his/ her experience. 13. At the moment your position it s confirmed (the period varies for each profile) it s your responsibility in case it s necessary to bring your internship agreement directly to the employer in order to complete the document. 14. The position, the tasks and the responsibilities assigned will be determined according to your English level, professional experience and your attitude (punctuality, implication, initiative spirit, presentation, etc.) Jobs and Internships Abroad disclaims all liability concerned the professional evolution, internal relations between the directive board and the employees, salary increase within the host company.at the company 15. Jobs and Internships Abroad cannot be held responsible for the conduct or attitude of employers and do not recommend any. 16. Jobs and Internships Abroad recommends you to get a complete insurance. Upon the registration to the program, each participant have the possibility to add the insurance proposed by Jobs and Internships Abroad. 17. For the family accommodation, upon your inscription, you have to indicate all the information that could jeopardize the success of your internship. 18. All the families that participate with us at the accommodation service are Anglophones from different origins. 19. You need to go to the destination of your accommodation by your own. You will receive the address of your accommodation and a detailed plan. 20. We do not guarantee to respond to your request in terms of location and pension. Our placement policy is to be the closest possible to your work area, internship or courses to reduce your transportation time. We commit to contact you in order to tell you about the progress of our research in case that the proposal doesn t correspond to your request. 21. If you want to shorten your stay with a host family, you must notify us with a 2 notice for stays of less than 2 months and 4 notice for stays of more than 2 months. 22. If exceptionally, your host family does not suit you for a valid and serious reason confirmed in writing, we compromise to place you in another family knowing that a minimum period of 2 notice is requires. Concerning to this point, you must not leave in any case your host family without having warned us before by telephone. 23. Each participant is informed that the program is a set and none of the constituent elements may be eligible for a partial refund in case of use of one or more services offered. 24. Jobs and Internships Abroad reserves the right to cancel its services without refund if you refuse, without a justified nor serious reason; internship interviews offered to you, if you do not follow schedules, working conditions, dress or discipline once arrived in the host company, and if you leave your internship without letting us know the difficulties / problems and/or without complying with the advance notice required by your employer before your final departure, or if you are not reachable by e-mail or phone for more than 48 hours during your internship search without having informed us beforehand. 25. If the participant is not fully satisfied with the services on site, he/she must keep Jobs and Internships Abroad and its local partner informed as soon as possible. No complaints or requests for refunds will be considered once the stay is finished, if Jobs and Internships Abroad and its partner were not kept informed of the problem during the stay. 26. All cancellation requests must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and will be effective only from the date of receipt. Any cancellation before the program starts will incur 30% of the total program cost. Refunds will be sent 2 months after receiving the cancellation request 5/5
