Mrs. Brown will address the state of our school and Fr. Dave Bonnar will come and talk about the regionalization process. There will be an opportunity for questions and answers. Also, tuition for the 2019-2020 school year will be announced. Please come to this important meeting and find out how you can help make OLG strong for the future. FIRST CONFESSION FOR SECOND GRADERS: MARCH 12TH & 19TH Second graders with last names beginning with A-L will make their first confession on Tuesday, March 12th at 7:00 PM in the church. Second graders with last names beginning with M-Z will make their first confession on Tuesday, March 19th at 7:00 PM in the church. Please pray for our second graders. ST. JUDE MATH-A-THON Thank you to everyone who participated in the St. Jude Math-a-thon. Please send in donations by this Friday, March 8th. SARRIS CANDY FUNDRAISER The Sarris Candy Easter Fundraiser brochures went home in Mail Day envelopes last week. The fundraiser runs through Wednesday, March 13th. Delivery will be on Wednesday, April 10th. SHOE DONATIONS FOR THE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION Thank you to the Fabry family for collecting 50+ pairs of shoes! When asked how she did it, Mrs. Fabry said We asked family and friends, and even co-workers. I thought 50 pairs was daunting at first, but really it was pretty easy. Our neighbors have five kids so they had quite a few! Please collect those gently used shoes that you have lying around your house. It s easier then you think. Ask friends and family to do the same so we can reach the goal of 50 pairs of gently used shoes per school family. Get your Spring cleaning done early. Once you have collected 50 pairs of shoes, contact Bill Varley at lbvarley@outlook.com. Thank you for your help with this project! KENNYWOOD TICKET SALES Mark your calendars - our Kennywood Day is on Friday, May 17th. Tickets will be on sale here at the school on Tuesday, April 9th from 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM. MARCH GIFT CARD ORDERS Gift card order envelopes are coming home today in the Mail Day envelopes. Order forms with payment are due on Monday, March 11th. Gift cards will be sent home on Wednesday, March 20th. Please consider buying some gift cards. It s an easy fundraiser for the school and doesn t cost you a thing. Students can earn a NUT pass for April 22nd if they bring in a gift card order of at least $100. Thank you for your support!
AUCTION COUNTDOWN Only 10 more days until our annual dinner auction. There are so many ways you can help us to make our biggest fundraiser a success! You can purchase 50/50 and $5000 raffle tickets. You can bid on most of the items - even if you re not going to the auction. Don t forget about our Students vs. Alumni Challenge - currently our alumni are winning the challenge! The auction program will be going home in next week s Mail Day to all OLG families who will be attending the auction. We look forward to seeing you next Saturday! 2018-2019 YEARBOOK Don t forget to order your 2018-2019 Yearbook! The cost of the yearbook is $22 and checks should be made payable to Our Lady of Grace School. Extra forms can be found in the school office. CAMP INVENTION Camp Invention is coming back to OLG! The all new 2019 Camp Invention Program, Supercharged, features superheroes, real fossils, programmable robots, and more! Register your child for a week of collaboration, design, and problem-solving skills in an energizing STEM program led by local educators. You can register now at: https://www.invent.org/. The camp runs from July 8th-12th, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Choose Our Lady of Grace as the camp location.

If the students raise at least $3250 - the whole school will get an afternoon of fun with activities, snacks, etc.! If they donate $100 or more, they get a large paw print in the gym with their name and year of graduation.
