11 Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students 1. A discipline and welfare committee with one HOD as Chairperson and department heads, wardens of boys and girls hostels as members and a staff member as convener is formed every year. This committee meets regularly and discuses the overall issues concerning the discipline and welfare of the students and staff of the college. 2. Periodical staff meeting are held with HODs, Principal, and the Ahairperson to discuss the overall issues concerning the entire college and steps taken to remedy any difficulties present or brought-out in the meeting. In addition, faculty and staff are at libretto meet the HOD, the Principal and the Chairperson on their own individually to represent their problems. 3. Periodic student meeting with the HOD, the Principal, and the Chairperson are held regularly to solicit student views on various issues and suitable remedial measures are taken then and there.
