P A G E 3 Important Information!!! School Safety Closure or Delay Start information Parents and guardians, school safety is a top priority in the KPBSD. It s important for you to know what to do before, during, and after a school emergency, weather related delay start, or school closure. Please visit this webpage to familiarize yourself with A.L.I.C.E., KPBSD emergency terms and actions, and how to learn if there will be a two-hour delay start or school closure. Learn more here. If school remains open due to adverse weather, and you as a parent or guardian assess the conditions in your local area and decide to keep children home, please call the school to let the office know. An absence due to road and weather conditions will be excused. NEW STUDENT FEE PAYMENT OPTIONS KCHS is now assessing class and athletic fees through PowerSchool. At the beginning of second semester, all new class fees will be assessed and available for payment through PowerSchool using a credit card. Athletic fees will be assessed when the athlete has made the team and may be paid after they show in PowerSchool. Other fees, such as travel, lunches etc. are available to pay online at our school store. The link is https://kpbsd.revtrak.net/tek9.asp? pg=kchs. We encourage parents to use this new handy payment system. There is a 3.61% convenience fee assessed with each transaction. Payments will still be accepted at school if you choose to pay with cash or a check. Bring those types of payments to Mrs. Epperheimer in the front office.

Tickets are available at the door, $10 per person or $30 for a family of 4 or more. For more information, to volunteer, or to donate auction items, please contact Jesse Settlemyer @ 283-2119.
