Superintendent Paul Garrison also recommended that the School Board approve his recommendation to accept the retirement request of Jeanette Jones effective May 29, 2013. Superintendent Paul Garrison also recommended that the School Board accept his recommendation to approve Sarah Dalton and Brendon Scott as Academic Team Coaches for the 2012-2013 school year, Eric Douglas as the 9 th grade Sponsor and Melanie Wright as the 7 th grade Sponsor for the 2012-2013 school year. Kip Corn made a motion to accept the Superintendents recommendation to approve the Academic and Athletic Extra Curricular Schedule of Personnel as presented by Principal Rae Floyd and Assistant Principal Eric Douglas for Daleville Jr/Sr High School for the 2013-2014 school year. The motion was seconded by Joseph Kaelin and carried with a unanimous yes vote. Superintendent Paul Garrison recommended that the School Board approve his recommendation to accept the donation of $50.00 from Anita Denney to go to the Daleville Elementary School Music Department. Superintendent Paul Garrison also recommended that the School Board approve his recommendation to donate five unused desks from Daleville Elementary School to go to the Daleville Christian Church Daycare. Summer School classes will be held 3 hours each weekday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Kip Corn made a motion to accept the Superintendent s recommendation to approve summer school classes for Daleville Community Schools. Summer School classes will be held 3 hours each weekday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The classes will be held at the Daleville Elementary School building starting June 3, 2013 and ending June 14, 2013. The motion was seconded by Bobby Watters and carried with a unanimous yes vote.

Elementary lunches will increase to $2.45 and Jr/Sr High School lunches will increase to $2.60. Approve increasing school lunch cost. Review of updated Transfer Tuition Policy. First Reading. Page 8 Superintendent Paul Garrison presented an updated Transfer Tuition Policy to the School Board for review. This is the first reading. The School Board reviewed the following goals for the Daleville Community Schools Board of Trustees: 1. To Attend At Least 10 School Related Events During Each School Year 2. To Achieve And Maintain Exemplary Board Status With The ISBA Annually 3. To Review The Goals Formally Every Month Until They Are Complete 4. To Have 100% Attendance At Board Meetings Each Year 5. To Hold Public Forum By The End Of Each Semester 6. To Keep Board Policies Current 7. Review Corporation Goals by the end of December 8. Spotlight Students, Staff Volunteers and Community Members Good of the cause: The School Board wanted to say Thank You to Julian Ravenscroft for his caring, giving heart and all the interest he takes in the children of Daleville Community Schools. Mr. Garrison commented on how beautiful the Baccalaureate Ceremony was and how wonderful the message given by Julian Ravenscroft was. The School Board commented on how Proud they are of each sports team and how Proud they are of each athlete for representing Daleville so well. With no further business brought before the Board, the Board Vice President, Vickie Rees declared the meeting adjourned at 7:23 p.m. BOARD OF TRUSTEES DALEVILLE COMMUNITY SCHOOLS
