Volume 17 Issue 10 Newsletter date: 13/11/15 Dear Parents / Carers, 3 Week countdown to the Christmas Fair! Our Christmas Fair is a family fun event. It takes place in the school hall on Thursday 3 rd December 1-3pm. Please come to school, with your friends and family. Collect your child from their class and enjoy the fun and treats together. Visit Santa, the Christmas Coffee Shop and enjoy the stalls and games. We need donations of gifts from you to help make our fair great! WEEK 1 On Mon 9 th November Please send in: a sealed bottle for the bottle stall, or a chocolate prize for the chocolate tombola! WEEK 2 On Mon 16 th November Please send in: Good quality toys & games WEEK 3 On Monday 23 rd November please send in cute teddies & quality books Your donations for the fair and attendance at the fair are greatly appreciated, we hope to see you there! All monies raised go into our school fund which subsidises our class educational visits. Please help us enjoy lots of trips by sending lots of donations to sell. If you would like to run a fun game or rent a table to sell your own things, please ring school and ask to speak to Vicki. We welcome anyone who can help by wrapping presents for Santa s Grotto, helping on a stall, setting up the fair in the morning of the 3 rd December WEEK 4 On Monday 30 th November please send in lots of chocolate & sweets for the sweet tombola Fair Day On 3 rd December please send in mince pies, cakes or Christmas food treats!
