Principal s Report SCHOOL COUNCIL AGM The School Council will hold its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 27th March at 6.00. At this meeting we will present our Annual Report for 2018, farewell past councillors and elect office bearers for 2019. This is an open meeting and any school community members are welcome to attend. The 2018 Annual Report will be available at the office and will be included on the school website. The Forest Street School Council plays a key role in our school. Effective councils have a wide range of skills, expertise and knowledge to support good governance and provide the best possible educational outcomes for students. The annual school council election process provides an opportunity to attract members keen to add value and bring their expertise and skills to best support our school. The council meets 8 times a year on a Monday evening. Please complete the form below if you would like further details on becoming a school council member. SHAVE FOR A CURE Thank you very much for your support in World's Greatest Shave 2019. The students looked amazing with a variety of hair colors and styles. Our school engages students and families in effective bullying prevention and the development of our policies and processes. On Friday the students will be working with their buddy grades with as focus on positive relationships and being responsible, safe and supportive of each other. Jill Burt Principal Yes, I would like further details on becoming a school council member. NAME:.. CONTACT PHONE NUMBER:. Please return to office before Monday 25th March, 2019.

We are holding our very popular Easter raffle again this year. It would be greatly appreciated if all families could donate 1 item for the raffle. All donations can be left at the office by the 27th of March. This could be an Easter egg, a basket or something families could do over the Easter break. Your donations ensure we have many wonderful prize opportunities. Sheets of raffle tickets will be sent home later in the month with the prizes to be drawn in the last week of term with exact time to be announced shortly. Junior School Council
