But everyone had been very helpful in getting the job done. Followed thru as promised. Rusty, Josh and Ray. My roofers were great, but I got their names. I did not have to be home which was wonderful. They answered all my questions and I had a lot. They cleaned up the job site without any issues. They were totally professional at all times. Great guys to deal with. Professional, helpful and job was completed on time. Rusty and Chris explained everything and more about the condition of my roof. Wonderful people to work with. Atlanta, GA I am very pleased with my decision to use Total Roof Solutions. My roof looks great, the work was completed in a day and everything was cleaned up bee they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their roof. I was satisfied with the quality of work and their professionalism. They did an amazing job at a fair price. The quality workman ship was excellant i would totally recommend Total roof solution to any body interested in quality workmanship. The crew worked in extreme hard weather conditions. Always showed up on time Kept the job site clean very well pleased. The crew consisting of Jose, Julio and the third man, whose name I don't remember, were exceptional in that they showed up on time and worked together like a "well oiled machine." The professional and respectful way I was dealt with was outstanding! This roof installation is the second, in two years, that TRS has installed me. Locust Grove, GA Oct 19, 2017 I was most satisfied with the presentation from the salesman. did exactly what we wanted them to do, especially in repairing a collapsed roof over an enclosed patio. Other companies wanted to just quote on the roofing and were not interested in the project. The total project was replacing the plywood and damaged rafters in the patio area... I thought they did a very good job. I am very satisfied. Total roof was excellent!! You have to come and see my new gutters! I wish total roof had a sign. I would proudly display on my yard! They are very easy to work with and did what they said they would do. I am completely satisfied. I did some comparison, and while TRS was not the least cost, it was the best value. By that I mean, cost and warranty much better (superior is a better term) than the lowest quote. Extremely happy with the work ethic of the crew.
