Student Activities There is a very strong connection between student activities and academic success in high school. Students who participate in after school activities have higher gpas than students who do not. Students learn leadership, time management, and teamwork skills and they have a lot of fun! College Admissions and Employers are looking for students who have participated in extracurricular activities.
