Blessings, Mrs. Adre Music Teacher 7th and 8th Grade English Projects As one of the building blocks of writing a research paper, a student must be very well informed on the subject being researched. One method of achieving that is of course pouring over volumes of information on the topic. In order to assist students in building an arsenal of information, they were required to submit a backboard of photos, facts and details about their dead famous person. Research shows this activity actually helps the student analyze, synthesize, process and apply what they have learned thus translating to a more cohesive and ordered final paper. Our 7th & 8th graders backboards and three artifacts are displayed in the Family Center.
