Stone Bridge Booster Club 2016 Scholarship Application Deadline: Monday, May 16, 2016 To be eligible for the SBBC Scholarship Program, a Student Athlete: 1. Must be a member, or have at least one parent or guardian who is a Stone Bridge Booster Club Member. 2. Must be a current, graduating senior at Stone Bridge High School in good academic standing. 3. Must have a minimum cumulative high school grade point average of 2.5 at the time of application. 4. Must have been accepted, or have made application to an accredited college, university, technical, vocational, or other educational institution. 5. Must have participated in at least one of a Virginia High School League ("VHSL") sport at the Varsity level at Stone Bridge High School for at least one season. Participation in club sports ("non-vhsl" sports) does not meet the eligibility criteria of this Program. Please fill in sections A and C of the application and turn in to Ms. Jolly in the Career Center for processing. Guidelines for completing this application: Part A Part B Part C To be completed by the Student Athlete.
