Dear Families Lest We Forget Year 4 Eucharist Our Year 4 students are in the final preparations for receiving the Eucharist for the first time on Sunday April 29 at 12.30pm. First Eucharist is a very special occasion-a further step in becoming one with Christ and united with the people of God, a faith community. They will experience God s love and friendship by receiving the bread of life (Jesus body and blood). Please keep the children, their parents and teachers in your prayers as they prepare for Sunday s celebration. Wellbeing News Anzac Day 2018 In the junior classes have been thinking about 'Doing your best' as part of our Wellbeing focus. at the start of this term. In Grade 1/2 MF the children read the story 'Giraffes can't dance', they talked about how it felt to not be ble to join in, to be teased, to not be able to do something well. The children then made their own giraffe. Well done, these look great. BOOK CLUB ORDERS MUST BE IN BY FRIDAY 27 APRIL
