It is still not too late for your child to participate in this exciting event. Please email library@trinitysevenoaks.com for further details. Music News The Year 9 and Year 11 Music Students will be taking part in a Rock Workshop on Tuesday 27th November. This will give them the opportunity to work with professionals who will give them guidance not only on their own instrument, but also on how to be part of a successful ensemble. After the workshop there will be an opportunity for four groups to receive weekly ensemble tuition from December - April funded by the school. This is a fabulous chance for the GCSE students to work towards producing high standard ensemble performances. If this is successful parents will then be invited to pay for these lessons. For a band of 5 musicians the cost will be around 4.50 per student per week - less than two coffees from Costa! I would also like to create one band from KS3 musicians so if your child already learns the drums, keyboard (piano), guitar or bass or they would like to sing then please ask them to come and see Mrs Davis, Head of Music ASAP if they would like to be considered. Sixth Form Rugby Club. Any students interested in joining Rugby Club please come to training on Monday after school between 3:45pm- 4:45pm. All abilities and previous playing experiences are welcome. If you have any questions, please email Mr Simmons MSimmons@trinitysevenoaks.com. Vacancies. The current list of school vacancies can be found on the Trinity Website. 2
