Treasurer s Report: Donna Roberson presented the November report and it was approved by those present. Old Business: Addressing concerns with lack of attendance at the recent Fall Classic Car Show, Logan contacted Valdosta Mall. He reported the mall was receptive and he would be conducting further talks with mall management. He also mentioned the advantages of having Premier Promotions put on the event like they do for the Albany Show. If we pursue this approach, the selling of event sponsorship becomes vital. George Hardy will chair this sponsorship group. New Business: A motion was made and passed authorizing the donation of $1,500 to the Sheriff s Youth Home Scholarship Fund. The presentation will take place at their Dec 20 th Christmas Dinner. Minutes SGCCC webmaster Sandi Foster has found a workable program at minimal cost. James Lee won the 50/50 and donated it back to the club. Meeting: adjourned at 8:05 pm Submitted by Bob Raffaele, club Secretary President s Report Dan Bremer Thank you for electing me as the 2019 President of the South Georgia Classic Car Club. It is an honor to serve and I absolutely look forward to the coming year. I believe that this is "your" club. We should do the things you want to do. I promise to seek out your agenda and your wishes. At the December meeting we formed a committee to lead the Super Cruise-In and the Fall Classic Car & Truck Show. George Hardy will lead the group and we will rely on that committee for guidance on our two most important events. However, every member can contribute to their efforts and be an important part of these activities. If we all work together, we can have fun, entertainment, friendship and still give excellent service to our community. Let me take this opportunity to thank outgoing President Geoff Hardy for the excellent leadership he has given the club for the past two years. He was always there for us at countless events, emails, planning sessions and whatever the club needed. Thank you Geoff for all your efforts.
