On Friday night at the MCHS District #111 Board of Education meeting, the Board: Heard from the following people during public comments: o Vanessa Holloway addressed the Board on behalf of Minooka Lacrosse. Her hope was to have the Board keep lacrosse on their radar for possible implementation as an IHSA sport for the 2017-2018 school year Approved the authorization for the sale of winterguard equipment Approved the Office of the to seek bus lease bids Approved the authorization for the Office of the to prepare an amended FY17 budget Approved the authorization for the Office of the to enter into a settlement agreement with STR Architects Approved the authorization for the Office of the Assistant to seek bids for a district auditor Held a first reading of IASB Policy Packet #93 for consideration as revisions/additions/deletions to the MCHS #111 Board of Education Policy Manual Set the MCHS #111 Board of Education meeting schedule for the month of April as follows: cancel the April 6, 2017 meeting, and re-schedule the April 20 meeting to April 27 at 6:30 PM Discussed how the Board would like to be informed of overnight field trips Discussed protocol of nurse attendance on overnight field trips Approved student fees for 2017-2018 as presented Approved a resolution regarding Board member expenses as presented
