BIRDVILLE ISD..A note from the AD It was amazing to join Birdville ISD Athletics this spring and see all the teams and student-athletes competing at such a high level! The success that was achieved can definitely be attributed to all the hard work of all of the coaches and players involved in our spring sports. However, it doesn t stop there. There are countless administrators, principals, teachers, family, and other support staff that have supported our athletic teams throughout this year. To all of you, we say, Thank you for all that you do! From a State Championship in the discus, to middle school track champions, to great playoff runs in baseball and softball, it has been a wonderful spring that has brought great recognition to our programs! We are proud to be able to continue an environment that allows our student-athletes to succeed in a future they create. As we break for the summer, we take time to reflect on the many great accomplishments of the 2012-13 school year, but also look forward to setting our sites on making next year even better. I can t wait to see what we will achieve starting this fall! Have a great summer! Chris SPECIAL POINTS OF INTEREST PLAYOFF MANIA MIDDLE SCHOOL ACTION COMMUNITY SERVICE ALUMNI WATCH
