Give reasons for your answer. a) Discuss the changing of profile of the new learners opting for Open Distance Learning in the 21 st Century. b) Enumerate at least four benchmarks of quality assurance in distance teaching materials. c) What are the qualities of an Academic Counsellor? d) Comment on the learner autonomy enjoyed by distance learners in the present context. e) Discuss any three aspects of Distance Education that need immediate attention in the developing countries.
