Scheduling Timeline Overview Receive your Course Selection Sheet today View the Course Selection Handbook online to choose your courses for next year and fill them in on your Course Selection Sheet Turn in your Course Selection Sheet (completed and signed by a parent/guardian) to Student Services by Friday, January 25th Monday, Feb. 11th homebase ELT enter your Course Requests into Skyward March 1 - March 19th use the NEW Master Schedule to view which trimesters and hours your classes are available and plan out your finalized schedule Create your schedule using Arena during your registration window 2

Check college admission webpages for more info. (ex. MSOE requires 4 credits of math and science) It is a student's responsibility to ensure he/she meets all graduation requirements. 3

If you have previously taken Earth Science you must apply via the Science Department to possibly enroll in the Earth/Environmental Course." *1.5 credits of physical education are required for graduation. PI 8 requires that the 1.5 credit be earned over three years. Students are expected to take at least one physical education course each of the first three years of high school. Up to one additional physical education course may be added per year as an elective. 4

Arena Scheduling
Course Selections - You will only be able to schedule courses you previously entered into Skyward from your Course Selection Sheet or listed as an alternate - If you would like additional help with Arena Scheduling see your school counselor prior to or during your registration period - You can login to Arena at ANY TIME during your window. You will not be given a designated time to do this during class nor will you be mandated to do it during an ELT. You have you take the initiative on your own.
Dates Skyward Will Be Open For Course Scheduling Incoming Seniors March 19-21 Incoming Juniors March 26-28 Incoming Sophomores April 2-4 Please note: The first day of your window Arena will open at 2:15PM and it will close on the last day of your window at midnight. Don t miss your window or you ll get last pick of classes!
Detailed instructions for entering your schedule using Arena will be available on the Kewaskum High School Website under the Student Services tab. A refresher lesson will occur in ELT in March.

A: A Moraine Park Certified Nursing Assistant Course offered through Start College Now. See your counselor for details. Q: Can I request a service credit? A: Not yet, only as a senior can you request a classroom service credit. 20
Commonly Asked Questions Q: Why did some of my classes change hours after I completed my schedule using Arena? A: Over the summer some schedule shifting may occur due to staffing changes and to balance class sizes. You will be alerted via email if you are affected. 21
Commonly Asked Questions Q: How do I early graduate? A: If you have verified you will meet all your graduation requirements early and wish to early graduate to begin working or start college early - stop by Student Services or online for an application for early graduation. Once your application is approved, see your counselor to make appropriate schedule changes. 22
