They continue to need support with the assessment tools and applying those tools to student work. All students have grown in their written language skills in the past year, but additional work is necessary for all students to reach the grade level expectations. Students enrolled in the ELL program score considerable lower than their non-ell peers on the ELA [portion of the SBA and in classroom assessments.
