No representative at this time COMMUNICATIONS RECEIVED Letter from Custer County Commissioners Letter from Colorado Springs Philharmonic Letter from Citizens Concerned About Media SUPERINTENDENT S REPORT A. 4-Day Week Update Things are going very well considering - No big issues from the support services Friday outreach programs for the elementary students has been going well Boys & Girls Club is under way at the middle school and 21 students from the high school are enrolled in PCC on Fridays and the district provides transportation for that B. Netflix District Requests They will use the FMS gymnasium on October 10 th to help manage people that will be working in the movie the girls softball team has been asked to participate in a local game for the movie the name of the town will not be Florence but Holt C. School Health Professional Grant the grant has provided the district with a 1.5 staff allocation for three years the district has hired a school nurse, Lori Steinbeck the other.5 position is a teen & adolescent counselor that is posted at this time ACTION ITEMS CPP PRESCHOOL CONTRACTS Mr. Dickey moved, seconded Mr. Caruso to approve the CPP Preschool Contracts for Kinder Haus at Florence and Kinder Haus at Penrose for the 2016-2017 school year. PRESCHOOL SPECIAL EDUCATION CONTRACTS Mr. Caruso moved, seconded by Mr. Franklin to approve the Preschool Special Education Contracts for Kinder Haus at Florence and Kinder Haus at Penrose for the 2016-2017 school year. PRESENCE LEARNING CONTRACT Mr. Franklin moved, seconded by Mr. Caruso to approve the PresenceLearning Contract in the amount of $5,640.00.

Page 4 SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER CONTRACT Mr. Caruso moved, seconded by Mrs. Schmidt to approve the School Resource Office Contract between Fremont RE-2 School District and the City of Florence for the 2016-2017 school year in the amount of $57,000.00. SECOND READING AND ADOPTION OF POLICY GCM-R Mr. Caruso moved, seconded by Mr. Dickey to approve the second reading and adoption of Policy GCM-R. FIRST READING FOR CHANGES TO POLICIES Mr. Dickey moved, seconded by Mr. Franklin to approve the first reading for changes to the following policies: AC AC-E-1 GBA JB JF JICDE JII PIKES PEAK BOCES MEMORADUM Mr. Caruso moved, seconded by Mrs. Schmidt to approve the Pikes Peak BOCES Memorandum of Agreement For Exceptional Student Programs and Processes.
