To approve the following Memorandum of Understanding between the Barberton Board of Education (Board) and the Barberton Education Association (Association) and modifies the Negotiated Agreement which is in effect from June 29, 2011 through June 28, 2014, in the following respect. This modification will become effective at the beginning of the 2012-2013 school year and will become a part of the Negotiated Agreement. Appendix E Supplemental Salary Schedule C. The Superintendent shall reserve the right to reinstate the current practice. The practice in this Memorandum of Understanding may be reviewed annually.
